Workflow in DMS

Hello Everyone,

Pleas advise me how to configure workflow as per the below requirement.

Document will be uploaded by user & mail should be driven to himself & his immediate reporter for review.

Asap the review done by the reviewer mail should be triggered to himself & head. Then final approval will be provided.

Requirement is very common but i have not get exact solution in the threads over here. Please refer the informative threads or provide the solution.

Hi Gaurav,

As per my knowledge, DMS don't have his own standard workflow.

You have to take the ABAP help to do the development to  trigger mail on the change of status.

Defined the status as per your approval requirement and give authorization to release DIR to authorized person,

In this way your approval process will take place. i had already done the same thing for one of my client and they are using the same.

Else let some expert comments come.
