error updating message in STWB_WORK in Solman 7.1

Hi,

I'm currently testing transaction code STWB_WORK after we upgraded to Solman 7.1.

After I created a message (incident) in STWB_WORK to log an issue during testing, then I tried to change the incident, I'm getting this error

that I'm locking the record - "Transaction ".

I noticed that the record only unlocked when I go out of the test package test execution screen and back to the main test plan screen.

Any idea?

Hi Vikram,

Thanks for your reply. I applied sap note 1821038 including the related note 1868804, but didn't fix the issue.

As mentioned in my previous email, the incident record only unlocked if I get out of the test package where I logged (saved and closed) the incident.

(I only opened the incident in 1 session or 1 screen.)

Any other suggestion?

Hi,

This is typical case, Until unless you are in Edit mode of your ticket in any other login screen, it was not allowed to change, sent the lock message warning.

Please come out of the current incident screen edit screen, or make it only display mode and try.
