Hello
We would like to setup GRC process controls to incorporate a redwood report. Currently the report is run in and exported from redwood manually. The report pulls the information for all jobs during a specified period of time and their status (e.g. completed, error, killed). Below is a screen shot of the report we would like to pull into GRC PC.
Does anyone know if there is a table in SAP that stores this data? Or someway to connect GRC PC to redwood so we can pull that data and automate that reporting in PC?
If your job scheduling is done from redwood, then it is most likely you will not see the TBTC* tables populated, because all the job definitions and their parameters are stored in Redwood databases. When a job needs to be scheduled in SAP, Redwood sends a request to the particular SAP system to start the job with the necessary information, that information is not stored in any of the TBTC* tables.
If you want a report, Redwood has its own reporting functionality, which you can use it and also it can also mail you the report automatically once the report is ready. Your redwood admin must be aware of that.
Thanks

I do not have much knowledge on GRC process controls.
If you are planning to integrate Redwood with GRC to see the Redwood job chains in GRC, i'm not sure its possible.
However, if its a report that you're after, we can make Redwood to send you one daily/weekly/monthly about the Jobs you have mentioned in your screenshot. Or you can also get a csv/html report file that can be placed in a folder that can be accessed and used by GRC process control.
Thanks

Thanks for the feedback. We wound up scoping this out at our so unfortunately no resolution for anyone else with the same question.

Hello Stacey,
Please, let me know if this information is relevant to you:
These tables controll the whole background job tasks, steps, status, etc
so you can search directly on them to identify the jobs you need to
change.
TBTCP = Background Job Step Overview
TBTCPV = Generated Table for View TBTCPV
TBTCO = Job Status Overview Table
TBTCS = Background Processing: Time Schedule Table
Best Regards,
Fernando
