Not Authorized for Content...

Hello,

I am trying to access https://scn.sap.com/docs/doc-47361.  I am getting error message "Access to this place or content is restricted. If you think this is a mistake, please contact your administrator or the person who directed you here."

I have talked to the content owner and he is unaware why I am not able to access this information.

Also, some of my colleagues who perfrom the same job functions can access this document - others cannot.  It seems to be a 50/50 problem.

I cannot access it either, and I am a moderator.

So I think it is located in a space which is restricted.

I just changed the word doc to DOC

and was able to open it. looks like the link is case sensitive

This is the correct reason.

Where did you find the link? It should be changed to the correct format.

Hi Jurgen/Jason -

Strange behavior - I tried with both upper case and lower case letters for DOC and it would not work yesterday.  This morning it does work.  I believe the content owner may have discussed the authorization issue with the needed team and it is not fixed.
