Inspection Characteristic - why it's there and because of whom?

Hi,

how do you keep track of why there is a specific inspection characteristic in an inspection plan?

Examples: because of customer specification XY, section 123

And how do you keep track of who is the reason?

Examples: customer, internal party, ...

For Under standing  your requirement littlebit risk but some how i am getting  requirement you mean to say  some characteristics in inspection plan you need to track customer or internal right.

if it is yes you can track same characteristics in info field 1 or 2 or 3.

if your satisfied this solution  ok otherwise kindly elobrate your requirement.

Yes, I think you got me right. I would like to say customer/internal/something else.

We use the info fields for other purposes and these are only text fields without search help and plausibility checks.

Any other suggestions?
