SAP LUMIRA stop responding

Hi,

I’ve just installed SAP Lumira 1.15. I’m working with windows XP SP3. I know is outdated, but from what I see Lumira still works with this version.

When I start Lumira it just does not do anything. I have to start it again to really start.

Then, if I try to connect to Lumira Cloud, once I start writing the first letter, it just stop responding.

Every time I try to enter text, like giving a title, it just stop responding.

I already executed with admin rights, still the same outcome.

Installed more than once. No result.

Any idea is appreciated.

p.s. It's Lumira Personal Edition

XP is no longer supported per the PAM - see https://websmp210.sap-ag.de/~sapidb/011000358700001095842012E

I would recommend using Lumira on an operating system that Lumira supports

I was aware that it was no longer supported by SAP but  thought it would still be working.

Hi,

this will almost certainly be a memory or chipset issue.

Issuing 32-bit support for Lumira was arguably a bad idea from the outset, as it requires an amount of memory that is rarely 'normal' on a 32bit machine.

I promise you, you will not experience any such application launch / initialisation problems on Win 7, 64-bit, with 8Gb of RAM .
