Dear Experts,
Our Goods Receive Business scenario is
1. Filled Batch in EWM Inbound Delivery
2. Manual Pack product to Handling unit
3. After packing,we get HU warehouse request only ,but not create Warehouse Task automatically .
We think that EWM should create HU Warehouse Task automatically
Can anyone help us to figure out that problem?
p.s we don't use POSC,
Thank you
Chang
Hi Chang,
now these are two things:
- you want to create the WT automatically
- you want the WT to be a HU task
For the automatic creation you can use a PPF Action. But I suppose you only want it when the product is packed, so you have to create your own condition to control that.
If you do not use POSC or LOSC the system does not create HU tasks. First question is: why do you want a HU task? Anyway, if you want a HU task for a direct movement, you need to set the flag "Select HU w/o storage process" in the process type.

Hi Juergen,
Danke!
Yes, you are right!
We only want it when the product is packed.
We have flagged this "Select HU w/o storage process" , so we can get HU WR,
,but how to get HU WT?
You say that I can create my own condition to control that.
Can you give me some tips?
We are the first EWM implementation project in our country.
Vielen Dank
Chang
Hi,
when you write "we can get HU WR" you mean that if you create the WT manually, there is nothing on the tab "Warehouse Request", but you can see the HU on the tab "Handling Unit"? That is not a "HU WR", something like that does not exist. A warehouse request is always the document (like in your case the inbound delivery). The system either creates a product wt or a HU wt, depending on the settings and if you have HUs.
And if the flag is set, then you have an HU WT after creating the WT.
For the condition: please check the conditions for the ppf action /SCWM/PRD_IN_TO_CREATE in the action profile for your inbound delivery.. In the standard settings this should have a condition which controls if the status is "in yard". This a filter in the BADI implemention /SCWM/WHR_SCHED. And there is even a filter value /SCWM/WHR_FULL_PACKED, so probably you don't need to program anything. The other things is to check the "processed at" setting of this ppf action.

Hi,Juergen,
Many thank!
We set the conditions for the ppf action /SCWM/PRD_IN_TO_CREATE in the action profile inbound delivery. And change filter value to /SCWM/WHR_FULL_PACKED.
but we have a question as below:
1. Filled Batch in EWM Inbound Delivery
2. Manual Pack product to Handling unit
3. After packing.( we must manual GR then PPF /SCWM/PRD_IN_TO_CREATE will be triggered, and create HU WT automatically)
Is it possible auto GR, after manually pack product to Handling unit?
we think that the system can be:
1. Filled Batch in EWM Inbound Delivery
2. Manual Pack product to Handling unit
3, Auto GR (PPF)
4. Auto Create HU WT(PPF)
so we set the configuration as below
method: /SCWM/AU_GR_POST in processing details and for schedule condition: /SCWM/WHR_FULL_PACKED.
time of processing : processing when save document
3.After packing, Automatic Good Receive
4. Then create Warehouse Task automatically
method: /SCWM/AU_GR_POST in processing details and for schedule condition:/SCWM/TO_CREATE
time of processing : immediate processing
but we can't achieve the scenario we want to~
Can you give us some tips to achieve this scenario?
Thank You!
We are very appreciate for ur help!
You help us to solve many critical problem!
Vielen dank für ihre hilfe!
Best regards,
Howard
Hi,
In POSC customization if you flag AUTO task with setting step with rule based system will follow rule and create Automatic task after completing packing activity.
Step one pick task with WOCR and pack profile.
step 2 pack task with AUTO blag and step rule based flag under customization.
step 3 or 4 final step.

Suraj
