Per Diem Calculation with deduction involved

Hi All

I have the requirement to calculate the per diem with the deduction involve.

For example: The per diem amount will be deducted if the employee has breakfast, The formula:

If one meal included, the calculation of per diem will be : 60% of the per diem amount

If two meals included, the calculation of per diem will be: 33% of the per diem amount

Please advise on how to cater this requirement by standard SAP
