Hi All,

I am Getting "Character format 'utf-8' not supported by your Java VM"  warning in Java Message monitoring also when I click view source on MainDocument (to view payload)it display as Chinese like character.

Are you using any custom module to generate the encoding in PI?

UTF-8 should supported be by JVM.

Is this the first time you are using this system?

Is it happening with all the interfaces or for only this one?

This is new PI7.31 system and its happening with all interface

Looks like some problem with the system installation.

You can try for a java restart and see if that helps or not.

This is an issue for which patch needs to be applied .Please ask your basis admin to check this .

Hi Anush,

We are not facing same issue for all the interface, it works fine with some interface.

Please let me know about the patch as I have to take care of it.
