CST Number removed from J_1ICSTNO field

Hi Experts,

When we are doing any changes in customer master (XD02) than system automatically removed CST Number from CIN details tab.

Please explain why system removed CST number during any changes in customer master and how can we stop this.

Dear Shatrughan,

Use T CODE : SE11

Table :  J_1imocust

Check - Where Used list (ctrl+shift+F3)

Find the list of Zprogram where the table is used.

From that, you will get the enhancement made in those fields triggering the removal of CST numbers.

CST no. column details removed in Sales tax/service tax tab after any changes in XD02.

Normally all users will be updating the address/Phone/Mail Ids to some of the existing customers throuh XD02.But i never saw like you mentioned

Can you give screen shots??
