Thread locked and marked answered by moderator

There must be some reason.

The most reason is Basic question.

Normally basic questions are rejected by moderators. But when the moderator think that, the replies can help others in future, then he locked the discussion and keep the all replies visible.

that's probably because you were cross-posting, meaning asking the same thing (new issue) in the old thread as you did in the new thread

Cross posting is not allowed, so either someone reported it or the moderator saw it him/herself and locked the old thread, so that the new issue is only discussed in one thread, not two.
