Dear SAP Gurus,

I have one scenario. Suppose, Sales order has been created on 25th April and that time price for the material was say Rs.200/Unit. Now Delivery has to create on suppose 15th May but that time price of the material will be Rs. 250/Unit. The question is-If we are delivering the material before 15 May, system should take price of Rs. 200 but if we are delivering on or after 15 May, system should take Rs. 250. How to achieve this requirement? Also, if we are delivering after May 15, can we see changed price in sales order? Plz help me out

Thanks.

Regards,

Tiwari

Hello,

in copy control from delivery to billing document, at item level, you should set as "Pricing type":

B - Carry out new pricing

or

C - Copy manual pricing elements and redetermine the others

assuming that the pricing date reflects the goods issue date.

In this scenario, the price is redetermined only during the billing document creation, and is not reflected on the Sales Order. To achieve that, the price redetermination should be carried out manually by the user, or with a scheduled custom report that should enter in change mode on the Sales Order and carry out a new pricing (and change the pricing date). Before following this solution, think deeply about possible impacts in case of partial deliveries.

Best regards,

Andrea

Dear Mr. Tiwari,

Its possible in system, you need to redetermine the pricing at billing level.

Note - pricing is done at order/billing level, so if the delivery is made after or before 15th May, you only need to maintain the condition master correctly.

You can do that at copy control level form Billing to Order. At item level use pricing type - B to carry out new pricing at billing level.

Thanks,

Sumeet

Dear All,

Thanks for your reply. I got the concept. I know that SAP does not recommend pricing at Delivery level, but suppose if we have activated pricing at delivery level, will the new price come in delivery if we manually change price at sales order level? Plz throw light on this.

Thanks

Your requirement can easily easily be achieved through standard configuration. For this:

1. As suggest, maintain pricing type as B / C in VTFL.

2. For condition type(V/08) for which you want this requirement, maintain Pricing date as A - Date of services rendered (KOMK-FBUDA) in control data 2 section. With this system will determine condition record for the condition type based on Actual GI Date.

Thanks, JP

hi

your price come automatic or manual entries , once this is manual entries just change the the price in order level once its change ,

you price comes automatically just maintain condition records or used retro billing process, check below link

Hi,

Have you activated Pricing at Delivery ?

Generally pricing change can happen at Billing document level. It means when your sales order was created 25th April at which your prices is 200 and when billing created on 15th May , you can re-price it with 250

Hope it is clear

thanks
