Dynamic TBOM

Hi,

I have below query on Dynamic TBOM

1) In which system do we need to run dynamic TBOM Dev, Quality OR Prod ?

2) I have already created static TBOM w.r.t Development system of ECC. Can these Static TBOMs updated with Dynamic TBOMs ?

3) After creation of TBOMs what is next step to use it ? is it only used for BPCA, if Yes then what is next step after TBOMs created ?
