I have done SAP Certification  please advance how to raise issues in SAP Support Portal & How to communicate ?

Hi Jagadish,

S User is the Service user. It's used for anonymous system accesses through an ITS service.

In order to raise issue in SAP Support Portal or link to SAP Market Place, or do any Update Patch, you need OSS User.

Normally, your basis team can give you access to Support Portal.
