How POC will calculate

Hi Gurus,

Please let me know, how the POC method like 80-20 etc will calculate the Project Progress and estimate the RA values.

HI Naveen,

there are lots of thread on POC so please check first there in SCN

such first of all you have to create progress version where POC would be record also mark check on RA/WIP option there in version.

lots of standard measurement method would be there 20-80 is the one of them.

here you have to assign measurement method with object type as (Plan/Actual) and version.

in last cost element group you have to assign where POC would be stored after calculation.

so in calculation for measurement method 20-80 system would start from 20 and will complete with 80 not 100 % that is logic for this measurement method.
