Hi,
We are working on SMP 2.3 SP04 platform. We have two problems;
1) ATE (Vs:6.1.4.179) can connect to server (Vs:6.1.4.179) but gives "Certificate received is not found in the trusted list, nor can it be traced to a trusted root." error message. How can we pass this step?
2) Agentry Andoid Client (Vs:6.1.4.179) can not find or connect to server. It can not send any login request.

Hi Serkan,
What Agentry application are you working with and what version is it?
Thanks, Mike

SMP 2.3 requires the use of server certificates for authentication. After generating the certificate (check the SMP2.3 docs for specifics) you will need to install the certificate into the Trusted Root Certifcate Authorties on the machine running the ATE and also on to the Andorid device as well.
For the android device it appears you have a connectivity issue either resolving the hostname of the server or there is a firewall possibly blocking the traffic between the android client and the SMP 2.3 server.
