What are the Necessary documents when sending the goods to customer.

The required documents are as follows:-

• Bill of Lading
• Certificate of Origin
• Single Administrative Document (in EU)
• Commercial Invoice
• Licenses
• Insurance Certificates
• Export  Packing List
• Shipper Export Declaration (in Us)
• Shippers letter of Instruction (in US)

I hope that other experts can add to this list for any missing document as well

1. Commercial Invoice

2. Certificate of Origin

3. Certificate of Insurance

4. Certificate of manfacturer

5. Packing List

6. Shippers Export Declaration ( SED ) for USA only

7. Single declaration document for EU
