SID.WORLD is not failed oraclesid is also offline error is showing password issue

Hi friends,

my PRD is down problem SID.WORLD  is getting fail and giving error as

source oracle mscs service Error from LogonUser; error 1326

Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password in event log

my oraclemscs service is running under domain administrator and when i check properties of SID.WORLD parameters i don't see any user but i can see password can anyone tell which user should be there??

i tried with sidadm sys system but no luck please find below error.

Hi Tabrayz,

Hope you are doing good.
Yes, the user should be a DOMAIN user and that it has ADMINISTRATOR privilege. The best option would be to  change the oracle services on both nodes to a user which has domain admin rights (as mentioned in note 390486). Give permissions to Oracle folder to this admin user and reboot the servers and this should fix the issue.
