COMPONENTCONTROLLER.1.SYS violates the cardinality - step6.6

I hope one of you can help. I created a message to SAP Support 2 days ago and they have not even looked at my request yet.

If I go to step 6.6 of System Preparation of Solution Manager 7.1, the

system fails with error message: "Number of elements in the collection of

node COMPONENTCONTROLLER.1.SYS violates the cardinality (termination:

RABAX_STATE)"

I found note 1952282 and tried to run the correction steps. If I

resyncronize as suggested in step 1, I get a error "Illegal partner

function supplied (technical key 00000001)".

Also, the extended SID of Solution Manager ABAP stack is changed with

suffix e.g. SLM00001. I try to follow the steps in Note 1952282, but if I

copy the name to be the same as indicated to SM1~ABAP~100, the system

only allows me to copy SM1~ABAP into the field, and if I accept the

change the system says the system is not available. If I change the

extended name to SM1_LMDB, then it accepts the change, but still

crashes when I go to step 6.6.

In SM37 the LMDB jobs are finishing successfully. Can you please help me?       

Steps for Reconstruction    

Run SOLMAN_SETUP, then go to System Preparation, and then to step 6.6.

Hi Andre,

You should change to SM1 not to SM1~ABAP~100 or SM1_LMDB.

Please try to change to that and try again. Make sure that you save after you make the change.
