When the environment is slow, how to identify the cause?
Being more specific, how to proceed in case of system slowdown, which actions I need to take to idenfy the slowness, beyond the transaction checklist (ST22, SM21, SM04,SM12 etc.)
How identify what is causing the performance impact on the environment?
I know there are some ways to check this by CCMS, but I do not know how, I'm still beginner.
I hope you can help me.
Thank you.

Hello
You can start by checking ST06 (OS workload), ST03 (SAP Workload) and ST04 (DB workload).
Finding the root cause for a performance problem is not always an easy exercise...
Take some time to search information on your own, Google is your friend
