I have a client looking at going from ECC 6 ehp3 to EHP 7./
Now looking at the PAM for EHP7

Its safe to say that the Netweaver will be upgraded to 7.4 from 7.0 right?
If so, They will have implications regarding NW 7.4 PAM
When you upgrade an ECC system to EHP7 the BASIS level of the system will also be changed.
SAP ERP 6.0 EHP7 is part of the SAP Business Suite 7 Innovations 2013 (BS7i 2013) based on NW 7.4. If you upgrade the ERP 6.0 EHP3 to EHP 7 then the target NW release will be 7.4
This is normal. What needs to be taken into consideration is that the source system should be setup with a supported OS and DB for the EHP7 upgrade.
