Now i want to confirm is it possible client export from Oracle database and import into the SQL base system ?
or is it another way because in target system two client is already there , we want to create new client and import client dependent data only ?
Thanks is advance . your input is highly valuable.

Now i want to confirm is it possible client export from Oracle database and import into the SQL base system ?
Here is what the SAP note says
Can I create client copies in a heterogeneous system landscape?
Remote copies or client transports can also be carried out between different database and operating systems.
Read the SAP note

Hello
This is possible but the two systems should have the same EHP / SP level.
Customer tables content won't be imported if they are not present on both side.
You could check repository consistency of the two system using report RSCLICHK (70547 - CC-TOPIC: Client transport)
A remote client copy is even possible... if the client is not too big.
It is also possible to perform the copy even if there are repository differences between the two systems.
This is not recommended but if you know the impact of the difference you can set expert settings "NO_RFCCHK : Ignore RFC Repository Check"
(446485 - CC-ADMIN: Special copying options)
Client copy process is just copying table contents through an RFC connection, it is database and operating system independent.

Hi Arpan,
Yes it is possible to export from Oracle to SQL import....
You can choose for remote client copy or client export and import option.
Even you can also perform whole System changed from Oracle to SQL using export / import methods.
Hope it helps.
