Hi Experts,

Task1) We have configured ChaRM betwee[Solman DEV 7.1- Sp10 ] and Singe managed system ERP 6.0 clients[ED1:Client[110], ED1:Client[120] &ED1 :Client[130],] and  its was working fine as below link.

Dmain Comtroller[ED1]

2) Later we have installed Solution man PRD and ERP systems QUA and PRD like ED2[QUA] and [ED3[PRD].

and We have configured the ChaRM with Solution manager PRD and Multilpe managed systems as below.

Solution Manager PRD:

ERP Systems   ED1:Dev Client[100],

                         ED2:Client[100]

                         ED3 :Client[100]

Between we have moved the Domain controller form ERP dev[ED1]   to ERL PRD[ED3]. The ChaRM is working fine.

[Issue]

Our problem is now the ChaRM between Solution manager Dev and Singe managed systems [above task1] is not working. [ this may be due to the

domain controller movement from ED1 to ED3.]

Change mangement => Check log showw the following error message

System overview for project ERP_2000

Invalid TMS configuration for domain DOMAIN_ED1

Transport control program not configured

We have created a transport group and two transport layer in Domain Controller [ED3].

transport layer 1] : ED1/110->120->130,

transport layer 2] ; ED1/100->ED2/100->ED3/100

Please let us know how to resolve this issue.

Thanks

Elumalai

Hi Thiru,

As you said you are running Charm actively. Changing Domain controller impacts the active running charm. You must make sure that charm project identified your new domain controller

try to resync all the system information from SLD in the managed system config of the domain controller system

if this does not help, try out with SMSY too

and also goto smsy -> select the domain controller system click the "read system data remote"

Thanks
