No RFC connection to the central lock information management system

Hi experts !!!

I am using Solman 7.1, and now I started the tests with CSOL e DGP.

I actives the CSOL and DGP, after this I tried to save a report in development enviroment, I think , in this moment the check of the CSOL start, and occur this error, and didn´t save. The operation is interrupted.

I checked of the RFC in DEV to SMG and it is okay.

We checked the SAP note:  908496 Cross-system object lockin: Editor control.

And the error it is the same.

Hi Adriana,

Please read concerning the CSOL note 908496 carefully and compare the settings in you system with the description in this note.

Alsoc check if in BCOS_CUST table you have maintained correct entry for CHARM?

I read again the note 908496, and I understood!

My table BCO_CUST, in "Managed System" was empty!!!
