How to separate/Decentralize a SLD in SAP PI 7.3?

Hi Experts;

I have one central SLD for PID and PIQ, because during installation of PIQ was connected to SLD of the PID. My requirement is one SLD for PID and other for PIQ.

I review the following link an notes:

  1. Planning Guide SLD 3.1 : http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/e5e7cc9b-0501-0010-adb2-ffbe7f1f7...
  2. Sap Notes: 936318, 720717

Your valuable inputs are highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Hi Harish;

Thanks for your response, please let me give you more details. Currently the SLD are in the same server of PID. I need other SLD only for PIQ, but this other SLD must be in the same server of PIQ.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Alberto - I think you just need to adjust the below pointers.

  • NWA: config->connectivity->destinations

          SLD_Client and SLD_DataSupplier -> to your quality system details

------------------

  • Config ->infra->java system properties->services-> XPI Service: All.
    • adjust the values of the below properties
      • *connect*cr* && *landscape* -> change these details to Quality

Hi Hareesh;

Thanks for your response. I would be appreciated if you could let me know about how to create a SLD in the same server of SAP PI 7.3 after the installation?

I think in the thread below could be part of the answer. Please let me know your opinion.
