POSC OUTBOUND ISSUE

Hi All,

I am  trying to  run  POSC Outbound  Scenario. I am  getting an error when  i  try to save  Pick WT  .The  Error Message  is  as Follows

Storage bin GI-ZONE is not assigned to storage type 9020

Message no. /SCWM/L3010 .

I have  done the  following configuration   for  POSC Outbound process..

1.Storage Process- OUT1 = OB1 - Pick +  OB2-Pack +OB4- Load

2. The  Process OUT1 is assigned To   WOCR  HE01  .

Pack Station- 8030  , Loading Storage Type-9030 .I have  used  WPT- P211   To  Move  Product  from  Source  Storage Type to  Pack Station.

Create GI-ZONE bin in 9020 and check same process.

Thanks for your  quick  reply. Actually  the WPT  2010  determined  instead of P211.I have configured  it  Now   when  try to create  WT  system throws an error " System could not find source storage bin".

I have checked  the bin and  stock is available in the bin. So  please let me know what is the  reason  for showing the error message.

check is start bin and end bin has been maintained for your activity area.

your removal strategy is not working. check in customization,

removals sequence table ,

assignment with wpt and indicator table.

check product mas have updated removal indicator.

if ur using any WOCR then check its assignment with activity area.

I have  configured  Stock removal  Strategy as follows.

Stock Removal Rule-FIFO

Storage Type Serch Seq-HUM8

Stock Removal Control Indicator-HUM8

Determine Storage Type Serch Seq- WH(SA01)+SRCI (HUM8)+WPT (P211)+STSS (HUM8)+RR (FIFO)

Product Master--Removal Indicator (HUM8)

WOCR- WH Creation Rule-HE01

Storage Process-OUT1
