Hi Experts,
In our system, one Inbound delivery has been successfully GR and putaway in EWM in April 16 2014, but today, we found this inbound delivery has not been PGR in ECC yet. Currently the inventory is not same between EWM and ECC.
We checked the queue for inbound in ECC with SMQ2, however there is not any queue information yet.
Who can help us how to handle this issue? There is any way to PGR in ECC separately?
Thanks in advance!
Best regards,
Julia
Hi Julia
Check queue in outbound queue EWM >. SMQ1.
If not you can find PPF action in PPF monitor and resend queue.
Check posting period is open to post GR in ERP.
Maintain material in both the storage location>> MMSC.

Hi Julia,
If you find PPF action for delivery where GR not happen in ERP, then you can re trigger same.
please go to PPF tcode>> SPPFP here you can find all PPF actions and associated to your Delivery.
SAP provides the report RSPPFPROCESS (transaction: SPPFP) to manually select and process PPF actions. Based on this, "Send message to ERP" PPF action to non-automatic/resend.
As you find the green PPF action, resend/re trigger same and it will create queue to update in ERP.

We reported this issue to SAP , and SAP logon our system to fix it without any comments.
We were trying to ask SAP how to fix this issue future by our self, SAP didn't reply.
Guess this issue is an abnormal case and SAP used debug abnormal method to fix it.
Just record this issue and result here for reference.

Hello Jula,
in the above case for the eWM inbound delivery does the PPF action is triggered successfully for completing the PGR activity?. Is this error is related to intial GR posting in ECC system or posting change of stock from docked location to available for sale after final putaway in eWM system?
regards
Sastry
