Black background in Load Planning in TM9.1 with VB2.1(Also item details)

Hi Experts,

In Load Planning tab in Freight order, the 3-D component's background is always black, and when i clicking the item, item details will pop-up,

but the background also black, please see below picture.

Does anyone has ideas, Thanks in advance.

Hello Matthew,

we know his behavior for machines with Intel HD graphics devices. Please update to the latest driver. Please do not rely on the windows update. Check the machine vendor support pages or download the driver directly from intel. Hope that will solve the issue.

I have a similar problem.
I copied the demo program  VBI_GUI_SAMPLE1 and have changed the source for displaying Details and Tooltip.
But the Details are shown in a black box. The letters are also in black, so the details are not visible.

please check if you have the same issue with test program VBI_GUI_TEST. If yes, please check for a suitable driver update.

Yes, ihave the same issue.
and i already installed the latest drivers of my intel graphics HD4000 on dell latitude E6530.

By now i know exactly where SAP waldorf is located, but i don't know the details.
i got this.

I think there is a close relation with the other discussion about the white/black screen what i started.
When i have a white screen, details are visible.

Like this picture. This situation is reached after about six times. Add spot, zoom in.\
