Password Self Service - Email

Hi All,

I have configured PSS for all the systems connected to GRC.

I am able to test and everything works fine and users are getting emails with new password details.

I wanted to modify the email being sent out to the users.

I went to SE61 and got the notification template being used for PSS - GRAC_CUP_PSS_NOTIFY

For MSMP workflow notifications, i can select the notification variable from the custom one's created by me.

How to update email notification for PSS?

When I tried to modify GRAC_CUP_PSS_NOTIFY using SE61, I am able to create a "Z" copy of the same but how do I tag my customized PSS email template to PSS notifcations?

Please suggest.

Go to SE61 and create a document object for the below entry or copy the entry

Attach the above created ‘document object’ to below message class:

Path: SPRO -> IMG -> GRC -> ACCESS CONTROL -> WORKFLOW FOR ACCESS CONTROL -> Maintain Custom Notification Messages

Create a new entry as shown below.

This should resolve your issue.
