Restricted View on tickets created !!

hi all,

I have a requirement in which key user, msg processor should not see any tickets from other key user and Msg processors. Every key user and Msg processor should be able to see tickets that are assigned to him\her and not any other persons..

Currently all the tickets can be seen by all the persons which is not acceptable to us..

Any inputs to this would be rewarded..

Hi Suzzane,

I hope creating a variant which shows only the messages created by me (Mine option) helps in viewing my messages alone.

Similarly different variants can be created specifying different filter parameters.

hey arunchalum,

What you say is right, but i had tried it.

But after creating the variant, automatically the grid is shown to the user, but when the user is double clicking on the ticket the locator appears on the left hand side of the ticket displayed.

I understand that this locator window can be hidden as its a personalized setting,

But assume that the user clicks start button on selecting service, then he is able to view all the others messages as well..

Any other means to restrict it.
