Materials not getting replicated automatically in SRM

Former Member

Hi,

We are on:

SRM 4.0,SP4

EBP 5.0

We have purchasing view in our materials in R/3. When new materials are created in R/3 it should be automatically replicated to SRM. But it's not working automatically, however when we are doing it manually through R3AS(Material object) it' getting replicated. The filter conditions are maintained correctly.

Any suggestions or hint on why it's happening will be appreciated.

Best regards,

Sambit Mishra

Hi Sambit

Check whether 'Inactive' indicator is ticked for 'MATERIAL' in R3AC4 ?

Also check whether your filter conditions (R3AC1) are deactivated.

Hi Ramki,

Thanks for your reply.

I have checked the configurations suggested by you and everything looks fine.

We use multiple Code pages and material descriptions are maintained in different languages. So sometimes changing the description helps and the materials are replicated automatically.

I'm confused why it works manually with the same settings but not automatically.Do reply back.

Personal stuff: I was part of the CSEB SRM team which you trained at SAP.
