Hello,
We have installed Custom Afaria client on iOS 7.1 device. Our Afaria version is 7 SP4 HF3.
We are able to succesfully Enroll, Apply Config policies, Install App from App Store.
We are not able to install Custom App. We are able to see the app in the Enterprise store after enrollment but cannot install it.
When try to install we get a error 'Cannot install app as <Relay Server Public URL (this is CN Name)> certificate is not valid'.
We have also manually installed the same 'Relay Server Public URL' SSL cert on the device and tried. We get same error.
Anyone has an idea on this. Please help.
Thanks.
Srikanth
Thanks for your replies Peter and Batish.
Issue is resolved now. It was issue with SSL cert. Chain cert was not recognized and SSL install check was failing. Reinstalled Chain cert on Relay Server and it resolved the issue.
Thanks,
Srikanth

It seems that its your APNS related issue.
Maybe the APNS is expired or its the wrong one.
Check that once.

Use a cable and install iPhone Configuration Utility on a laptop. THEN try to install the app again and look in the "Devices", "Console" log to see the actual error and with that information we can fix your issue.
