Connecting SAP Sourcing 9.0 to multiple ECC for transfer of Contracts

Hi ,

can we connect SAP Sourcing 9.0  with multiple  backend ECC system for Transfer of Contracts/Agreements.

Our requirement is :

We should be able to transfer individual contracts to individual ECC system   instead of splitting the contract to multiple ECC system.

Hello Siddhant,

     At this time the standard solution does not support the requirement you posted. Have you investigated the possibility of a custom solution. You could potentially have an extension field on the contract that would indicate which ERP system the contract has to go and In PI you would check this field and program the appropriate routing logic. But do keep in mind this can be complicated by the fact that the master data in each of the ERP systems could be different and the contract documents may fail due to bad data..

Thank you venkateshwara.

Currently we are in fact checking the feasibility of how PI can used to split the

maste agreement based on certain criteria like Org data and Product categories.

We foresee  the issue in synchronization of Suppliers, Prod categories and other master data

when we try to push the master agreement into resepective systems.
