IT-Servicemanagement - Delete Favorites

Hi experts,

in IT-Servicemanagement (solman 7.1, webui) there is the possibility to add incidents and changes to your favorites.

But how can this favorites get removed?

I only know the inconvenient way, to click on the favorite, click again on add favorite and here this one can be removed.

So you have to remove every favorite step by step.

You can delete required favorites from table:WCF_FAV_FAVORITE in SM30.

Hi Christian,

They can delete them one by one from CRM_UI but all at once can only be deleted from the table i mentioned.

Please don't missunderstand me.

I mean, delete every favorite step by step would be ok, but the inconvinient way is not ok.

Isn't there a possibility in webui to display a list of favorites and delete them favorite by favorite?
Or deleting them at the start-page?

Yes its the only way on WEB UI. I know its inconvenient way. Other way i told you from table which is easier way but not for end users i know.

Maybe in future, ITSM team will change it and make it user friendly way. You can create development request as per note 11.
