Missing Message in Performance Assistant (F1)

Hi,

we are facing the following problem:

in the module FS-CD one could execute the performance assistant (by pressing F1). It always shows the desired text to help the user, exept in tx cd programm SAPLVKK5 (Basic Function > Activation of Basic Functions). Even in this View (Change View "FS-CD Basic Settings": Details) every option has its own performance assistant text, exept the options "Permit Concurrent Reversal" and "Ignore Old Payment Plan Items". For these options the performance assistant ist emty (as shown in the picture)

Could anyone help me solving this problem?

Hi,

  even if the message is old, try this:

Change your help seetings into "modal dialog box" and try again.

if the result is still the same it might be that the message is not related to any message nomber but somehow hard coded.
