Hello,
we have some problems during a SOLMAN40 system copy:
First we create a MIGRATION EXPORT CD with SAPInst on our source system.
After that we start SAPInst on the target system: system copy -> <database> -> target system -> central system -> based on AS ABAP and JAVA
During the phase "parameter define" SAPInst ask for the MIGRATION EXPORT CD "ABAP-part" and "JAVA-part". But we only have the MIGRATION EXPORT CD for the "ABAP-part".
Our SOLMAN40 is only based on ABAP. We have no Java-stack. It was a Upgrade from SOLMAN 32.
During the installation service selection you can only choice AS ABAP and JAVA. But we need AS ABAP!
What can we do?
Thanks!
you can use the standard NW2004s installation CDs to do an ABAP-only copy (under "additional lifecycle").
