Hi ..If we want to communicate non-sap and sap applications,which is the best way in ABAP.

There are various factors that has to be considered when you decide an option .Some of the options are performance,reliability,sustenance.If your WAS is above 6.2 then you can use JCO,HTTP,RFC,IDOC,Java Proxies and can do SOAP call as well. You have to come out with a list of options or a decision tree and then judge the right one by weiging the pro's and cons out based on your requirements.

you can create files from ABAP or is your WAS is http enabled
you can do HTTP calls
