Hi Experts,
The messages are going into Holding statu whenever we try to execute a scenario with multi-mapping or doing a message split.these messages are holding since months and are never sent, even if we try to resend it.Any help on this will be appreciated greatly thank you.
Hi Experts,
This problem is solved my own.Eariler QOS is EOIO, Now i have changed this into EO.Now the messages are processing suceesfully.Eventhough i want to know Why messages are going to be holding status when QOS is EOIO and the message mapping is 1:n.

Is the QOS EOIO? If yes, then this blog by Stefan Grube will help,

Holding means EOIO message waiting to execute previous message in queue.
1. Delete all messages
2. Delete files from directory
3. Change QoS from EOIO to EO.
If you want to use EOIO then check everything again and process message successfully you can also assign separate queue for same.

hi,
holding means that something is being processed or
if the time is longer that something is wrong
so try to find what is blocking your queues
as probably there are some errors in some of your scenarios
and they will not be solved by restarting messages
