Hi Hsaini,

You can also go with SAP Note 1747180 SMTP via TLS and SMTP Authentication .

Thanks,

Gaurav

Hi,

Please follow SCN link .Also on mail server end you can maintain relay access table for authorized users means when a mail shoots from SAP end the mail server authenticates the user via relay access table.

Hope this will help you.

Hi Hsaini,

Are you getting any error in sm21?

Run the transaction SOST and chek the information provided.

Hi Ashutosh,

   No error in sm21

SOST just message in waiting status message 672 (Waiting for communications service).

I am not sure but I suppose the problem is in Memory Pipes

Best regards

Hello!

Go to SCOT -> Administration -> System Status

On your right side, click "Internet" and configure informations related to your SMTP server.

SCOT does not deal with SMTP user/password, you have to populate your SAP IP Address in your SMTP Server.
