Tier Discount for customers in Europe

Hi I have a requirement for Tier Discount Pricing for Europe without separating customers account. Certain customers can have multiple tier discounts. Please share your knowledge and understanding to implement multiple tier discounts in SD.

Muhammad,

Basically you need to use fields in customer master, in order to create groups (silver, gold etc. etc.)

If this grouping is based on Sales area then you can explore Customer gr1, 2, 3, 4, 5 in Additional data

If the fields are not enough given in standard, then you have to think of creating additional fields in CMR

Scenario is:

Customer can have different classification/status depending on selection criteria for example

Customer 1234 can fall under various discount tiers like Silver, Gold, Platinum and also customer can get discount being  a re-seller, being a distributor, being a support provider. We can have upto 10 different tiers and different discounts for single customer. Appreciate your thoughts.

thanks for the clarification. what would decide which tier the customer should fall in?

In Existing process, customer can have single tier so Customer group fields are in place. But for 10 Tiers, we cant use customer group fields.

Hi Muhammad,

You can pretty well use the option of Scales in the condition type for tier discounts in pricing. Also Depending on your requirement create a acces sequence with the specific key combination and maintain the discounts for the condition type.

Scale option doesnt work in this scenario. We need to have multiple tier discount for the customers ordering specific products. All customers will not be eligible for multiple tiers. One thought is using Price Lists and other is to use Customer Group fields. But unfortunately both cant be used since these are already in place.
