Hi Hari,
System logs activities in SAP GTS system for various objects, including document blocks in SAP Compliance Management for the customs documents that are replicates of logistics documents from the feeder system and similar such data is also recorded by the system for references at a latter stage for other areas as well. These are known as application logs. For a quick reference, you can use Tcode SLG1 and look at the various things it has. I hope this is what you asked for.
