Business Partners functions screening

Hi Friends........,

I have a small doubt in spl screening, if in my R/3 for sales process m Client is having business partner functions as SP,BP, Py, SH .

My question is if i want to screen only SP & SH in GTS.

Is it possible to screen only partial partner functions.

If possible where do we control those configuration.

Please help on this i am new to SAP GTS currently we are using GTS 7.2 version

Hi Hari,

The system only screen partners that are included in the Partner Procedure assigned to the Legal Regulation.

Check which Procedure is assigned, and then delete the entries that you don't need.

I guess you can find the configuration points, but let us know if you need any help with that.

you mean to say in compliance management we have an option activate activate business partners at business partner function level.

there we are having application objects BUPA ---at that level

or

in ECC at the time of assigning partner function we define a partner procedure at that time can you elaborate

Hi Hari,

Please open SAP Global Trade Services-> Compliance mgt->SPL->Control settings for SPL screening.

Select your SPL legal regulation and open the details. You will find Partner group for Import and Export assigned. With this partner group go to SAP GTS- >General settings->Partner Structure->Define groups of partner functions.

You will find the list of partners function for which Screening will happen. Try changing here and check.
