Hi SDN gurus
In our project we are planning to implement Solution Manager for Ticket Tracking
And I have no idea on Solution Manager .Plz can anybody give me Documents on this.

As always the following places are full of God info on SOLMAN>
1. there is a lot of information in http://help.sap.com/
2. There are some good SAP-Tutor and document files in http://service.sap.com/rkt-solman
3. There is a new book about SAP-Solution Manager at SAP Press
The above inputs are from an earlier posts...but more or less thats thebest source to reach to SOlman Documentation.
