Error in PO Document

hi Experts,

We are on SRM 7.0 Classic scenario. When I try to view the PO's  its giving me the error message 'EBPCLNT300: Type or Role not assigned to the user' .

Any clues to get rid of this issue?

Hi,

Monitor shopping cart role is missing, assign the role and issue will be resolved.

First try to delete the queries through POWL_D01 for the user.

If it works then fine else sit with Basis consultant and check if the access to this query is included in the roles assigned to the user. I can see all the purchaser roles are Z*

can we find where in which method it is been used..i debug but can get it

Hello Pratik,

you wrote your SRM release is 7.00, so why do you use EhP1 SRM roles?

Message POWLR 003 is called inside LPOWLR_FUGRF03 include. Check by debbuging.

Go in SU01 and check the user permission and his roles. Also check if he is the right org structure. Some users may have the right roles but not in the right org structure.

roles are assigned to user. nothing is deleted.
