Unable to determine time zones correctly

Hi,

I am creating License for legal Regulation - License Type. When I enter the LR and License Type details and press enter, I get the folloeing error message:

Unable to determine time zones correctly

Message no. /SAPSLL/CON_LMGM022

Diagnosis

The system was unable to determine a time zone for the 'Valid from' and
'Valid to' date types for the legal regulation.

Procedure

Assign the relevant date types to your legal regulation in the SAP GTS
control settings and maintain a corresponding time zone for the legal regulation
and date type combination.

On reading the procedure, I go to control settings and enter the ytime zone details, but still the problem persistes.

Attaching the time zone screenshot.

Hi Madhav,

I think you have assigned deadline type as VALFRO and VALTO to your legal regulation under

SAP Global Trade Services- General settings-legal regulation- Define legal regulations.

So, system is expecting a time zone for these 2 deadline types. But you have assigned time zone to some other deadline type(SDATE- Shipping date) under control settings.

That's what I infer from the message.

The system was unable to determine a time zone for the 'Valid from' and

'Valid to' date types for the legal regulation.

So, remove SDATE and update with VALFRO and VALTO and time zone for it.

Thanks

Dhilipan.

Hi Madhav,

For Licences, Date Types 'VALFRO' and 'VALTO' must be maintained for the Legal Regulation.  Your entry for 'SDATE' is ignored by the checking code.
