Long run of OCS_QUEUE_IMPORT Job

Hi Experts,

We are installing ECM Link 10.5.0 package in SAP and that job was running from last 3 days there is no improvement in job.

We killed the job and again restarted twice but there is no change.

so please take a look and reply as soon as possible.

HI Nerella,

If possible try to restart the system and check whether issue is there or not.

Also provide trace file for WP with PID 2076.

The first thing I would do is to check the job log from Tx SM37.

If there is not relevant information then do a "Check Status" for the job and see what happens.

Hello,

First check the JOB status if it is correct.

JOB --> Check Status.

Check the JOB log for further details. If no concrete information there then check the
corresponding work process log.

Please also attach the SLOG, ALOG and ULOG .
