Past Archived DO Deduct Stock in Availability Check

Hi SAP Experts,

I have problem with deliver my SO, because the quantity in archived DO deduct the stock shown on availability check. So, I can't DO that SO.

Please help, screen captured attached.

Run report SDRQCR21 for thie delivery.

This report removes incorrect requirements. And an archived delivery is definitely an incorrect requirement.

Thanks for your reply.

I already run report SDRQCR21 on outside production operation, with parameter like below:

Material                          : Material number

Document number          : Archived DO number

Check :

1. Data Transfer

2. Comparison

3. Processing for each item

4. Lock Document

Uncheck :

1. Planning Entry

2. Processing per material

On first generate it shows success, 1 article already processed, and for the second generate with the same parameter, it shows nothing. Is that means the incorrect requirements already removes? But when I open my SO, the archived DO item is still there, deduct the stock.

Can you help me?

Hi Gilberto,

Sounds like the report removed the incorrect requirement.

Please check if the entry still exists in table VBBE and if it still appears in MD04.

Last time, I try to generate just for one archived DO which deduct the stock for my Sales Order.

Hi Gilberto,

This result of SDRQCR21 states that documents 7200002163, 7200002396, 7200002424, 7200002458 are deleted. This means theuy should be deleted from table VBBE now.

There is no way in the standard system that an archived delivery should be re-generated as an active requirement.

- Check if the archived delivery appears in the result of SDRQCR21

- Immediately after SDRQCR21 has been executed, check if the archived delivery still exists in VBBE.

Yes you're right. Documents 7200002163, 7200002396, 7200002424, 7200002458 are deleted from table VBBE.

When I generate report SDRQCR21, all documents above already does not appear.

But when I check the Sales Order, the archived Delivery still there, deduct the stock.

Have an idea sir?

Yes you're right.

That archived DO still exists in VBBE and appears in MD04.

How is it? Because it still deduct the stock.
