How to get linked documents in Project

Hi Folks,

I am storing a graphic file (JPG, PNG, BMP etc), the documents tab at the project definition level. We have not configured a content server so the document is stored directly in the SAP database.

We are creating a custom project status report and want to access the file stored in the documents tab. Is there a table name or function module that can be used to access this file so it can be displayed in the PDF form?

Hi,

You can use the table DPR_DOCUMENT and enter Document GUID in GUID field and Project definition GUID in ENTITY_GUID.
