How Incompletion Procedure is getting determined in Custom Declaration Doc ?

Hi

When I am clicking on Check messages in Customs Declaration screen , I am getting the below error message

"Check is not possible; there is no message that can be processed

Message no. /SAPSLL/CORE_LEG603"

Although I could see many in completion procedures in below menu path, but not sure how they are getting determined

Hi Akhil,

When you click on "incompletion", you are checking active messages, not the document itself.

Each Message can have an incompletion procedure assigned in configuration - you can see that in the Definition of Messages, under the Customs Management > Communication Settings section of the IMG.
