Technical Monitoring -SLT System - No Metrices delivered

Dear Experts,

I have configured Technical Montoring for SLT system in our landscape .

But still i could not find few metrics  collecting data . It shows as no metrics delivered .

Attachment has details about the metrics .

Please help me to fix the issue and let me know for further details .

Hi Balamurugan,

The solution for this kind of issues are different and not fixed solutions.But please check below points to make sure you have covered all steps.

1)LMDB landscap verfication should green for managed system.

2)Managed system setup should be green .

3)In technical monitoring setup make sure you assign all templates which is valide for your managed system software components.

4)After TechMon activation check managed system extractors in "Extractors Framework" administration and make sure all extrator in active and last runs are green.

I am experiencing the same problem even though our DMIS is 2011_1_731 SP7.

Hi Bala,

Can you confirm you DMIS release? Some SLT metrics remain grey if your DMIS release is not 2011 SP5 or above?

Our DMIS release is at patch 4 . Do you have any note stating the same ?. We do not have plan to upgrade DMIS now . Is there any way to fix the issue ?.
